- Use TFN source for decision to switch between normal and injected reader, instead of hardcoded mctracks-to-aod
- Fix hepmc- and kine-publisher to correctly distribute events in timeframes when there are less events than the timeframe size left to generate
- Use framework-allocated mctracks/mcheader in hepmc-publisher to reduce memory copying
- Fix the typo: "in fly" -> "in flight"
- Use "detail" logging in mctracks-to-aod
